Storage is the only number you have to get right, because bandwidth is uncapped either way. Your current control panel already knows how much disk you use, and it will tell you in about ten seconds. Look it up, then pick the matching size below. Most brochure sites, blogs and small shops fit in the four smallest plans.
STEP ONE
Log in to your current host's control panel and find the disk usage figure. In cPanel and DirectAdmin it is on the first screen you land on.
STEP TWO
Pick the next size up from that number. A little headroom is sensible. Traffic does not come into it, because bandwidth is uncapped on every plan.
STEP THREE
Order it, then send us the login details for your current hosting account. We move your site, mail and files across at no charge, and your site stays up while we do it. Without those details we cannot reach your data, so nothing can be moved until we have them.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS TO THE COMMON QUESTIONS
What happens if I fill up my plan?
You hear from us before anything breaks. Your client area shows how full your plan is, and when you get close we tell you, so you can move up a size. Moving up takes effect immediately and there is no charge for the change itself. Nothing is deleted without you knowing about it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. You are not locked to the size you picked on day one. Pick the plan that fits your site today and move when your site does.
What happened to the old pay-as-you-go plans?
They are retired. Metering every gigabyte meant a different amount on every invoice, which made it hard to budget. Fixed sizes with published prices are simpler to compare and easier to check. Existing metered accounts move to the nearest plan size and will not pay more than they did before.
Are these plans right for every website?
Not quite every one. Storage is the only ceiling on these plans, so if your site needs more than 20GB of disk, or it needs dedicated resources rather than shared hosting, it is worth talking to us first. Send us your numbers and we will let you know what would suit you best.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Signing up is free and does not need a card. You add a payment method when you are ready to pay your first invoice.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. There is no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like.
What if I cancel part way through a month?
You get the money back. Our refund policy runs the whole time you are with us, not just for a first month: if you decide the service is not for you, we refund the hosting you have paid for and have not used. It is not limited to new accounts and there is no window to miss. Full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.
Does my domain have to move to you?
No. Hosting and domain registration are separate, and you can host with us while your domain stays registered wherever it is now. If you would rather have everything in one place you can transfer the domain to us, and we will help you do it. Either way your site keeps working while the move happens.
How much bandwidth do I get?
Uncapped, on every plan including the R10 one. We do not meter it, bill for it, or throttle you when a post does well. Storage is the only thing that differs between the twelve sizes. The one limit is the fair use section of our terms, which is there to stop hosting accounts being used as file storage. A normal website will never run into it.
Can I move my existing website over?
Yes, and we do the work at no charge. Order your plan and send us the login details for your current hosting account, and we move your site, email and files across for you.
What do you need from me to move my site?
Working login details for the hosting account your site is on now. Usually that means the control panel username and password for cPanel, DirectAdmin or Plesk. If you do not have a control panel, we can work with FTP or SFTP details plus database access instead. We cannot copy data we are unable to log in to, so this is the one thing the migration cannot start without. If you have lost the details, your current host can reset them for you, and we are happy to talk you through what to ask them for. Once the move is done, change those passwords.
What happens if I do not pay my invoice?
Invoices are issued on the 1st of the month and due immediately, with a grace period until the 10th. If it is still unpaid after that, your hosting is suspended. Nothing is deleted and your domain is not affected while suspended. Full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.
Do the prices on this page include VAT?
No. Every price shown excludes VAT. VAT is added once, on your invoice, at the end of the billing month.
